College AU: Stiles and Derek meet at a frat party. There’s flirting, there’s a lot of drinking, there might be four or five rounds of sex that night. It’s supposed to be a one time thing; Derek has a thesis to work on for his Masters degree and Stiles has a lot going on in his life as it is. Neither of them can allow themselves to be distracted by a relationship. But after that night, they keep running into each other at parties, on campus, everywhere. It’s like there’s this invisible thread that keeps pulling them back together, so they decide to go with it and only make one rule: this won’t be anything more than just sex. Which seems easy enough at first, because Stiles acts like such a sarcastic little brat, and Derek’s never taking any of his shit, he just gives back as much as he’s getting, and whenever they talk it turns into a fight, which turns to angry sex and both of them are fine with it, really. But the more they get to know each other, the harder it becomes to keep it casual.
